Yes! Just contact the artist with your preferred colours or dimensions. A new version can be made to suit your space. It won’t be identical, but it will be original in its own right.

Yes, framing is available with mount and glass. It will increase the size and cost, so please contact the artist for a quote,

If you’d like a handwritten tag or message included, please specife when ordering. Remember if it’s for a special date, please state when ordering, as this may effect cost and postage.

6. How much does a commissioned piece cost, and when do I pay?

For bespoke work, Eddy will discuss your needs and provide a quote. A 50% deposit is required before starting, with the balance due on completion. This helps avoid unpaid projects and ensures your piece gets the attention it deserves.

7. Can I cancel an order and get my money back?

If the item hasn’t been posted or the work hasn’t started, your deposit will be refunded. If the work is underway or finished, the deposit is non-refundable.

8. How do I care for the artwork once I have it?

Eddy’s pieces are sealed or lacquered on completion to help protect them over time. To keep your artwork looking its best, do the following:
Display it away from direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
Dust gently with a soft brush or cloth—avoid sprays or water.
If framed behind glass, clean the glass only (not the artwork itself).

9. Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, for customised or commissioned pieces. Contact Eddy to arrange pickup.

10. Can I meet the artist?

Yes! Eddy attends events and markets across England and loves meeting customers. Keep an eye on the website or social media for upcoming appearances.

13. What if the item arrives damaged or faulty?

Eddy takes pride in quality, but things can go wrong in transit. Contact him before returning anything. He’s happy to repair or replace the item. Note: replacements will differ slightly due to the nature of the materials.

14. What if I don’t like the item once I receive it?

If it’s a shop item, contact Eddy and he’ll try to resolve things. You can request extra images or colour samples swaaches to reduce this happing before buying. For custom pieces, you’ll be offered progress photos unless you prefer a surprise. Returns or changes may incur costs.

15. What happens if I want changes after receiving the item?

Contact Eddy. He’ll do his best to accommodate you, but please allow time. Replacements will differ slightly, and return postage is your responsibility.

16. Will adding extra names or details cost more?

Minor changes are usually free, but it depends on the scopy of the work you requier . Contact Eddy with your request and he’ll do his best to help. If it is a mager diffrence then it must be quoted as a customised or commitioned item

17. Why is the art priced the way it is?

Each piece is made from upcycled, embellished materials and takes time to create. It’s not mass-produced. If the price feels high, consider purchasing during a special offer—or feel free to pay extra on top of the cost of the item to support a local struggling the artist’s. It is much appricated.
